A young family takes pleasure in bringing whimsy, color and grand gestures to this full penthouse remodel. Performance fabrics and surfacing were utilized to take the worry out of letting young children run free in the home.
One of our favorite details is the custom designed surfboard kitchen table inspired by our client’s passion for surfing. This quick-clean table helps keep mornings running smoothly.
The custom crafted fireplace and surround is an elegant focal point of the great room and incorporates hybrid gas/LED technology to keep the hands of young kids safe.
Major soundproofing made from eco-friendly material was incorporated into the theater room so no one had to worry about turning down the bass.
